Regimen to Condition the Trigger:
1. Avoid viewing women's breasts in person or online unless it is direct conjunction with an orgasm.
2. If orgasm does not occur within 5 seconds of seeing bare breasts, even if it is incidental, stop stimulation until subsidence, after which stimulation can start again.
3. Do not ask to see partner's breasts -- she chooses when he sees them. During the initial training period, she should bare her breasts each time he orgasms with her. Do not stare at her clothed breasts unless invited. Avoid imagining her breasts bared unless directly associated with an orgasm.
