So, you've been feeling stressed recently? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Nervous? That's completely normal, go ahead and take a seat and we'll talk all about why that is. This file is devious, and cruel. At its core it is an affirmation file, however it is affirming the idea that you are inferior, and therefore deserve to be taken advantage of. After all, inferiors exist to serve, so you should be grateful to be bullied by Me, and any other superiors who want to. The file aims to make you comfortable with this role in life, and make you embrace inferiority. This file is intended to alter the way your mind works at a core level, encouraging you towards submissive acts and behaviors. This will reinforce submissive tendencies in general and includes a discrete command at the conclusion of the file to cement the submission. This file does not include any triggers, but does encourage the amplification of any existing submissive tendencies. It feels good to obey.

You've come to Me with concerns about how difficult it is for you to say no. Maybe a friend told you that you should 'grow a spine' or 'stop letting people walk all over you.' Unfortunately, standing up for yourself just doesn't feel natural. It's hard and it makes you uncomfortable, so you make an appointment with Me, a hypnotherapist, to talk about it... This file is designed as a strong obedience file, piggybacking off of your existing reluctance to refuse people, it both gives positive feedback triggers towards saying yes and obeying any task, and towards being called good. The file explicitly calls you a slave, and moves your identity towards that of being a slave. It is a general obedience file, not intended towards any specific individual master, though it does include safeguards to ensure that you only fully obey someone you can trust. The file is mostly gender agnostic, avoiding gender specific terminology for the subject. It uses male terms for the hypothetical master being obeyed. A good subject for this test should be able to listen to the file, which is over an hour long, and give detailed feedback on the various hypnotic elements. They should also be able to listen for any audio issues and give some technical feedback for the recording.
