Summary: It was a nice dinner - at least for me. You (the listener) paid, and I (the speaker) got to eat.
But for you, dinner was an annoyance. I spent all night not-so-subtly making flirty eyes at other people, and generally being a bit of a cheeky shit.
But really it's your own fault. You didn't let me have any dessert, so I'm basically vindicated for all my misbehaviour.
