Layers of sounds will guide you through our class, making sure you have no choice other than becoming a good student.
Our main subject is Korean onomatopoeia and mimetic words.
Before we go ahead, start our class, I'd like to remind you what is onomatopoeia and mimetic words.
As you may aware,
Onomatopoeia is imitating, resembling, or suggesting the sound that it describes. Such as Meow or ruff.
Mimetic word is similar but describes the movement or feeling, not the sound.
For example, jiggle or drip.
Then let us to begin our first class.
