Hey everyone!
I recorded this little sleep aid ramble as a spur of the moment thing. I had intended to upload a different sleep aid the other day, I explain what happened in this audio lol. This is my first basically completely raw audio- while I have technically edited it I didn't really remove anything, apologies if me or my body make any weird noises (it do be known to do that at times)
