So, after being worked up by a number of things, I absolutely had to go relieve the tension, known by some as the 3 P.M. ache. A wonderful audio had been sent to me to instruct me, and I decided to record myself listening to it, I hope you enjoy, and I'm sorry about the audio quality, all I had was my phone.
