I have taken over a yoga class as a new substitute.
I notice during the class that one participant (you) are behaving strangely. You seem to be very nervous and acting uncomfortable. And this all seems to be because of me, the teacher. So I want to introduce myself to you and find out what is wrong, if there is something I am doing wrong. ..
*You start out clothed and then are instructed in the middle of the audio to strip naked. You can participate in this interactive Yoga lesson or just listen.
