Hello, Lexi. Merry Christmas. Now, in order to get the full effect of this audio, I want you to do a few things. If you’re a good girl, like I know you are, I think it will be easy for you. Take a nice bath before you begin this audio. Pamper yourself they way you would before you go out on a date. Dry yourself off and put on your favorite, coziest winter outfit, some comfortable jeans. A scarf, too if you have it. Then I want you to light a holiday scented candle, perhaps a Christmas tree, or a fireplace, or gingerbread cookie. I want you to make yourself a nice warm cup of hot chocolate. Find a comfortable position, whether you're sitting or lying down. A nice cozy warm place you could imagine yourself closing your eyes and sinking into. When you have found this place, fresh in your winter clothes, with your hot cocoa beside you, then and only then should you listen.
