It's Your Turn

If you are someone who works in counseling, ministry, or anything like that where you always have to provide comfort and strength, this audio is for you. It's your turn to be comforted. This audio starts with a gentle, guided relaxation from your girlfriend, who is concerned about the anxiety you've been bringing home after long days working to help others. Then there's a back rub, some adoring rambles letting you know how awesome you are, and it ends with me humming as you drift off. The song that I butcher with my off-key humming is called "Love is in Beauty and Chaos" by This Patch of Sky.

It's Your Turn Part 2: Superman Gets a Break

In this one, you come to me and ask if you can talk about some work stress. There are long pauses to allow you to breathe as directed, but feel free to breathe at your own pace.
