Hiya!! Please be aware I do discuss OCD compulsions, and I don’t want that to rub off on you if you struggle with ocd as well ^^
I also explain the process of flying, reassurance for mental health issues and getting back out there, some asmr where I touch you and ‘pluck unnecessary thoughts out of your head.’ It’s short and I talk about wishing I could massage and scratch your head, shoulders, neck and back.
