Happy Monday! It’s a 3 day weekend for me, so I’m enjoying my day off by doing normal Monday things, like the gym.
I also woke up way too early for a day off of work. What the actual fuck internal alarm? But, I guess it worked out because the gym is out of the way and I can enjoy the rest of my day. What am I gonna do? Fuck if I know…
What did I do this morning? Something that I hope counts as cardio.
Just kidding…I still did cardio and hated it.
