Your loved one comes home after work and wants to take you out for dinner but you're not that hungry, plus you have some leftovers. The problem is: they saw you skipping breakfast and the same leftovers were supposed to be your lunch. They realize now you have been skipping meals, so you tell them about your phobia of throwing up and, as a consequence, your fear of eating.
