Taking on my own challenge, I present to you the worst Jeff Buckley impression you'll ever hear (that vibrato...eesh!). The backing track is from a YouTube vid, but if I ever get a chance to learn this on electric guitar, I wanna Buckley-fy it more than this version here.
I was supposed to do this song months ago for a sexy song thing...I forgot. Whoops. So, I psyched myself up rather than psyched myself out to do this song, and...well, here it is.
Ahhhh, it's been about 5 months (or was it 6?) since I've done a song rant, and I decided to bring it back by talking about a song that is praise-worthy, and it is "The Pinnacle" by Kansas. Hope you enjoy my nonsensical rambles.
For the first time, in "Tark's Song Rants" history, I decide to get with the times and talk about a song from one of my few favorite mainstream singers from today. I hope I didn't bomb at explaining it this time. Sheesh!
I originally wanted to do the individual songs first, but this song was too tempting not to take on. Production's a little wonky here, so apologies about that. But I truly hope you enjoy this. :D
"Black Cherry" has to be my favorite Goldfrapp album, but the song is one of my favorites by them.
I blistered my vocal cords from screaming, but I DON'T CARRRREEEE.
