This one really hit home for me, especially being a victim of suicide and bullying... I've listened to self harm audios before and I found these to be really helpful.. I really wasn't sure how to approach this myself, as it sort of shook me a little while making it, (If you couldn't hear it in my crackly voice) but I really just hope this is helpful to those who suffer with depression like me, and suicidal thoughts... please... you are perfect the way you are, you are beautiful and lovely and just.. please.. the world would be a lesser place without you... just seem so much smaller...
