One of my all-time favourite audios to listen to is VioletMoons23's AMAZING performance of this script by u/fischji. I've honestly listened to it more times than I can count, and I was always curious if I could do my own version of it.
Rather than try to improve on the perfect original script, I thought I would try to create something new! In this version, Basket Day takes place as part of a traditional English town festival in rural Essex (where I've imagined is the birthplace of the original tradition which the American one has evolved from).
Here's a synopsis:
You've just got off the train on a day trip to a small town in rural Essex, England. You see that there's some sort of town festival going on, with people wearing traditional clothes, dancing, playing games and selling food. You find it all sweet and quaint, and then you notice a young woman standing attentively by a table holding a basket. Curious, you walk over to her, and she explains that today is Basket Day - and any man can purchase a young woman's basket if he so chooses. After purchasing the basket, you learn that the real 'basket' you've bought is... what's underneath her dress. Lots and lots of naughty fun then takes place when you get back to a private tent (including plenty of arse play and even potential impregnation!).

I had SO much fun recording this! I like to think that it exists in the same world as the original one (the Basket Carnal Universe, or BCU for short). Full credit to u/fischji for the original concept this is based on, and I hope they don't mind that I created this new piece!
