This probably won't make much sense to you haha so here's some Philippine context.
The Philippines is a 3rd world country but we have some certain people in the elite class who go by this stereotype known as "Conyo". It refers to the children from very wealthy families who have a very unique slang when they talk. They basically talk with mixed English and Filipino but have a very American accent and idk we find it very funny, especially with all the memes here.
Also, there's this place in Manila called BGC and that's basically where all the wealthy people hangout so it's become the natural habitat for Conyo people. Audio story is basically, Conyo guy meets you in a club and fucks you in the Bathroom.
You've been in your hospital bed for over a week. The nurse notices that you're visibly frustrated but she knows a procedure that can treat that for you.

Thought of a different ending for this music video:
Basically the scenario I thought of in my head was instead of them breaking up in the end(woops spoilers), they continue the relationship through Long Distance. The pandemic hit and both lovers are stranded in separate countries. It's nearing the end of the pandemic and the two of them can't stand being apart any longer. The guy tries to cheer up his girlfriend through this short phonecall.
